The year I turned forty, I finally learned how to bake a potato properly. It wasn't hard to learn; I just hadn't given it much thought before. There must be many such things I still have left to learn.

I've been working on hollandaise sauce, and I'm 46. Maybe sometime you can bake the potatoes and I'll make the sauce to put on them. :-)

Yes, give me a hollandaise and a baked potato and there is nothing I cannot do!
