By George, I think I've got it...
Yesterday, I wanted to say "Symposion" (its practical context), but today I'm quite certain that it must be "Terroir" (its earthy mother)...
PS: I'm even certain to the degree that even if you say it's wrong, I'm still going with terroir :-)
You are correct! Terroir is the topos eidon of a wine, its "here-ness".
